Oral care pouches for your brand · OEM / ODM / CRO / CDMO · Custom formulation, flavor & packaging

Select the pouch format

Slim and mini pouches can be explored with different nonwoven materials, fill geometries and seal profiles. Pressed heat seals and ultrasonic seams can both be considered. Dimensions, fill weight and material requirements are confirmed against the actual process and sample rather than borrowed from another brand.

Review the can as a system

A shallow round polypropylene can is one format direction. Closure style, liner, secondary seal, headspace, opening behavior and print area affect usability and protection. Metal tins and other retail formats need their own material and compatibility review; the word tin must not be used as a material claim for a plastic can.

Approve the complete pack

Review closed lid, open lid, loose pouch and relative scale. Check can count, artwork, batch coding, tamper features where applicable, moisture protection, storage wording and transport packaging. A visual mockup is a design aid; approved drawings, materials and physical samples define the production pack.

What to send for review

  • Destination countries and intended adult use
  • Current formula or desired ingredient direction
  • Flavor, cooling and pouch preferences
  • Retail pack, count and artwork needs
  • Number of SKUs, estimated quantity and target timing

If a quantity or requirement is still under evaluation, say so. The initial review can identify the information needed for a meaningful quotation. Confidential formulations should follow through an agreed channel after the project scope and confidentiality terms are established.
