Oral care pouches for your brand · OEM / ODM / CRO / CDMO · Custom formulation, flavor & packaging

Start with intended use

A custom formula oral care pouch brief should define target countries, adult use, desired positioning and the expected contact pattern. Specify whether an ingredient is required for its sensory role, composition story or proposed efficacy claim. Each purpose leads to different evidence questions.

Choose variables that can be compared

Identify the carrier, sweetener, flavor, optional positioning ingredients, moisture behavior and pouch material. Compare a limited set of controlled sample versions. Record what changed and why. A larger ingredient list is not a substitute for compatibility, safety or useful sensory performance.

Build the evidence and specification

Review uniformity, fill, release, pouch integrity and pack compatibility with methods appropriate to the formula. Set a stability plan and assess the intended claims. Formula loading, shelf life and manufacturing conditions are confirmed through the project; no universal dose or performance promise is implied.

What to send for review

  • Destination countries and intended adult use
  • Current formula or desired ingredient direction
  • Flavor, cooling and pouch preferences
  • Retail pack, count and artwork needs
  • Number of SKUs, estimated quantity and target timing

If a quantity or requirement is still under evaluation, say so. The initial review can identify the information needed for a meaningful quotation. Confidential formulations should follow through an agreed channel after the project scope and confidentiality terms are established.
