Oral care pouches for your brand · OEM / ODM / CRO / CDMO · Custom formulation, flavor & packaging

Agree the question and deliverables

A CRO scope may focus on a formulation question, a method evaluation, stability work or a sample study. Specify the question, protocol, outputs and decision criteria. A CDMO scope can coordinate development, technical transfer and manufacturing, with clear ownership of each work package.

Connect development with transfer

The useful output of development is a package that another responsible team can understand: material specifications, formula and process versions, pouch and packaging requirements, methods and acceptance criteria. Identify which methods are established, which require suitability work and which studies remain to be commissioned.

Keep the service boundary explicit

CRO and CDMO do not imply clinical-trial services, pharmaceutical GMP certification, drug manufacturing authorization or guaranteed market approval. Research scope, IP, data access, subcontracting, confidentiality and release responsibilities are agreed for the actual project. All eight formulation series can be discussed within OEM, ODM, CRO or CDMO scopes.

What to send for review

  • Destination countries and intended adult use
  • Current formula or desired ingredient direction
  • Flavor, cooling and pouch preferences
  • Retail pack, count and artwork needs
  • Number of SKUs, estimated quantity and target timing

If a quantity or requirement is still under evaluation, say so. The initial review can identify the information needed for a meaningful quotation. Confidential formulations should follow through an agreed channel after the project scope and confidentiality terms are established.
