Privacy policy
How this website handles project enquiries and your privacy choices.
Information you provide
We collect the name, work email, company or brand, target market, formulation direction and message you submit, plus optional project fields. The enquiry is stored privately on this website for handling, follow-up and a project record. Notification email is sent through the configured 163.com SMTP service to info@linkbiolabs.com. Do not include health records, payment details or confidential formulation files in this form.
Security and access
Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorized website administrators and the project handlers who receive the notification. The form uses validation, request tokens, a honeypot, submission timing and rate limits. Security controls reduce misuse but cannot make any online system risk-free. Service providers may process information outside your country, depending on their infrastructure and the project team.
Retention and your requests
Enquiries are reviewed while a project is active. Inactive initial enquiries are intended for review and deletion after 12 months unless an ongoing project, a legal requirement or a documented business need calls for retention. Contact info@linkbiolabs.com to request access, correction or deletion; we may need to confirm that the request relates to your data.
Analytics and browser storage
Necessary storage remembers language and privacy choices. With your analytics choice enabled, the site loads 51.LA analytics, which may process browser, device, page and interaction data under its service practices. We do not intentionally send form names, email addresses or project messages as analytics events. You can change your choice in the footer.
