Translate the brand brief
Start with the intended market, adult use case, desired sensory profile and packaging. Select from the eight formulation directions or describe a specific ingredient request. Private label and white label are commercial descriptions; the project must still identify which elements already exist and which need development.
Compare controlled prototypes
ODM work can include ingredient screening, flavor adjustment, pouch selection and pack compatibility within an agreed scope. Record sample IDs and feedback so changes remain traceable. Formula ownership, exclusivity, number of iterations and any additional studies belong in the agreement.
Prepare a decision-ready handover
Define the formula and pack version, specification status, proposed label, evidence needs and remaining market questions. A sample is not permission to sell. Final specifications, claims, MOQ, price, shelf life and timing depend on review and documented approval.
What to send for review
- Destination countries and intended adult use
- Current formula or desired ingredient direction
- Flavor, cooling and pouch preferences
- Retail pack, count and artwork needs
- Number of SKUs, estimated quantity and target timing
If a quantity or requirement is still under evaluation, say so. The initial review can identify the information needed for a meaningful quotation. Confidential formulations should follow through an agreed channel after the project scope and confidentiality terms are established.
