Oral care pouches for your brand · OEM / ODM / CRO / CDMO · Custom formulation, flavor & packaging

Define the transfer package

An OEM project begins with the materials, formula version, manufacturing instructions, specification and packaging files you can supply. We review what is complete and which gaps require development or testing. An existing formula does not by itself establish that a new site, process or package will produce an equivalent finished product.

Agree the manufacturing controls

Confirm the approved suppliers, material identities, fill target, pouch drawing, seam method and pack configuration. Set the relevant process checks and release requirements with the quality responsibilities. A change to a supplier, flavor carrier or can closure may require assessment even when the front label stays the same.

Control approvals and supply

Use numbered samples and approved documents as the manufacturing reference. Review the scope of batch records, applicable test results, retained samples and release documentation. Commercial quantity, MOQ, production schedule and delivery terms are confirmed after the specification and pack have been reviewed.

What to send for review

  • Destination countries and intended adult use
  • Current formula or desired ingredient direction
  • Flavor, cooling and pouch preferences
  • Retail pack, count and artwork needs
  • Number of SKUs, estimated quantity and target timing

If a quantity or requirement is still under evaluation, say so. The initial review can identify the information needed for a meaningful quotation. Confidential formulations should follow through an agreed channel after the project scope and confidentiality terms are established.
