Oral care pouch project specification template
Use this public worksheet to turn a product idea into a consistent brief that formulation, packaging and quotation teams can review.

Start with intended use and market
Identify the countries, consumer group, use pattern and desired positioning. Separate an ingredient request from a consumer claim. If classification or an ingredient is unresolved, record the question and who will resolve it. A commercial launch date does not remove the need to settle these questions.
Give the sample a controlled identity
Assign one project code, sample code and version to each proposal. Describe which formula, pouch and pack belong together. Keep old versions available for comparison. A sample that changes after feedback needs a new version so that its test results and price remain traceable.
Use the template without sharing confidential IP
The downloadable worksheet is a starting point. Submit a short project description first; agree a controlled channel and confidentiality terms before sending proprietary formulas. The website enquiry form does not accept public file uploads. Exact specifications and responsibilities are approved in project documentation.
